    Buying Guide

    Delivery time and Mode

    The goods can be delivered to your home by courier.
    La Chiocciola S.r.l. approves orders with delivery throughout the European Union. Deliveries are entrusted to technical partners of the highest quality and reliability, leader in Italy for the management of deliveries.

    EUROPEAN UNION DELIVERY METHOD:

    Delivery throughout Europe: Portugal, Spain, Luxembourg, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Austria,
    Denmark, Poland, Slovak Republic, Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, France, Czech Republic, Slovenia.
    Delivery times: 4/5 working days from the moment when the payment appears on the current account.
    Shipping cost €50.00, except wooden items that cannot be shipped.
    Cash on delivery is not permitted.
    For delivery times should not be considered Saturdays and non-working days.
    There may be delays or changes in delivery times due to reasons of force majeure which do not depend on our will (traffic, strikes, bad weather etc.) but depend on impediments encountered by the courier and should not be considered challenging for La Chiocciola S.r.l.

    When and how does the delivery take place?
    Deliveries will take place during the following schedule: from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm, every day from Monday to Friday, except holidays.
    In case it is not possible to complete the delivery because there is no one at the address of the
    recipient, the courier leaves a communication. The courier will come by again the next working day, if the recipient is not there yet, the goods will be brought to the nearest storage. It will be the client's responsibility to collect the goods within 3 days.
    Any storage costs will be charged to the recipient.
    Clients will be able to monitor their order through the link and the shipping code (T & T) that will be sent by e-mail from the courier or from La Chiocciola S.r.l.
    Telephone notification by the courier is not provided forecast.
    Delivery to a specified floor is NOT permitted.
    If the packaging arrives damaged or rigged please withdraw and sign always “RESERVE RIGHT”.
    However the signature with reservation is always well-accepted at the time of the withdrawal of the goods, which gives you the possibility of reimbursement from the courier.

    Order fulfillment:
    In the event that the order concerns both available products and products that can be ordered (available 20/25max), the goods will be sent in a single solution upon arrival of the ordered products.
    If the customer wishes to receive the goods in two different solutions, the shipping costs charged to the customer are due to the amount of the single shipping.     Most of the products on www.lachicciolababy.it are ready for delivery, the other products can be ordered (available in 20 / 25gg Max) as they are re-stocked and require one maximum waiting time of 25 working days.
    Possible or further delays due to problems of production or logistics of the manufacturing companies, will be promptly communicated by La Chiocciola S.r.l. staff.

     

    Conditions of Sale

    PERSONAL DATA TREATMENT
    La Chiocciola S.r.l. guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the Privacy Code pursuant to Legislative Decree. n. 196 of 30.06.03.
    It is not mandatory to register the user to make a purchase, just provide the information strictly necessary for the order and delivery of what you purchased.
    The personal data requested when the order is placed will be collected and processed on computer media by the site operator, for the sole purpose of satisfying the obligations arising from the contract concluded with the Customer and will not under any circumstances be transferred to third parties .

    TERMS OF PAYMENT
    La Chiocciola S.r.l. offers the possibility to choose between different payment methods:
    Pay Pal
    If you wish to purchase with Pay Pal, once the order has been placed, the relative amount will be debited from the Customer's PayPal account at the time of purchase.

    Wire transfer
    In case of payment by bank transfer in advance, the sending of the order will only take place upon effective crediting of the amount due on the c / c de La Chiocciola S.r.l. which must take place within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the order.     What to check when the courier arrives

If the Customer wishes the Invoice, he must insert in the appropriate VAT and Fiscal Code fields. The information provided by the Customer at the time of order will be authentic.
    Any changes in the invoice will be possible after the first delivery attempt.
    Product availability
    Most of the products on www.lachiocciolababy.it are ready for delivery, while other products can be ordered as they are being re-stocked and require a maximum waiting time of 25 working days. Any further delays due to production or logistics problems of the manufacturing companies will be promptly communicated by the staff of La Chiocciola S.r.l ..
    In the event that the order concerns both available products and products that can be ordered, the goods will be sent in a single solution upon arrival of the ordered products.
    If the customer wishes to receive the goods in two different solutions, the shipping costs charged to the customer are due for each individual shipment. In this case, after the order, the Customer will be contacted by the Staff de La Chiocciola S.r.l. to establish the payment methods of shipments concerning the ordered item.
    If the goods are available in stock, as highlighted on the site www.lachicciolababy.it, the order is processed the same day if made before 13.00 or the next day if made later this time. In any case, the goods will be delivered to the courier after being shown on the current account of the payment
    WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS
    According to the DL 24/02 all products on sale are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and 24-month warranty for conformity defects. In order to use this service, the Customer is invited to keep the invoice / copy of the receipt that will be received upon delivery of the Product (s).
    By accepting the purchase contract, the Customer acknowledges the Assistance methods in force in the case of recourse to Assistance under Warranty.
    The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02 applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product is used correctly, in compliance with its
    intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This guarantee is reserved for the private consumer.
    In case of lack of conformity, La Chiocciola S.r.l. provides, to restore the conformity of the product by repair / replacement, until the contract is terminated.
    Only following the issue of the authorization, the Customer must send the goods to the La Chiocciola S.r.l ..
    In the event that, for any reason, it is not able to provide its Customer with a product under warranty (restored or replaced), La Chiocciola S.r.l. may proceed at its own discretion to return the entire amount paid or to replace it with a product with equal or higher characteristics.
    If, following an intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and recovery required by the authorized Service, as well as transport costs, if supported by La Chiocciola Srl.
    The replacement or repair of the product is subject to the timelines of the manufacturer and the assistance centers of the companies themselves and can not be attributed to La Chiocciola S.r.l ..
    In the event that the warranty provides for the return of the product, it must be returned by the customer in the complete original packaging (including packaging, any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc ...). To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to place it in a second box. In all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly onto the original packaging of the product should be avoided.
    All shipments of non-products will be rejected at the Customer's expense
    including packaging, accessories and original manuals or received with unsuitable or inadequate external packaging.
    Therefore the damages suffered by the products during transport due to the lack of an adequate external security packaging not authorized by the service center, will not be covered by the Warranty. If the product is tampered with or the labels identifying the Serial Number are removed or tampered with, La Chiocciola S.r.l. reserves the right not to accept the validity of the Warranty.
    In the case of changes to the Warranty Conditions, La Chiocciola S.r.l. will apply the conditions on the Warranty for products in effect at the time of purchase of the Customer.
    RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
    The Consumer Customer, as defined by the art. 3 of the Consumer Code, has the right to withdraw from the Purchase Contract by means of a written communication to be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, before the expiry of the Withdrawal Period as indicated below, addressed to:

    The Notice of Withdrawal must contain the wish to withdraw from the Purchase Contract and specify the Product (s) for which it intends to exercise the Right of Withdrawal.
    The Customer is entitled to the rights set forth in articles 52 and ss. of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree n. 21 of 21/02/2014, therefore, has the right to withdraw from the Purchase Contract (right of Withdrawal) for any reason, without obligation to specify it and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Consumer or a third party designated by the consumer and different from the carrier, receives the product (s).
    The return of the product / s must be carried out by the Customer in the complete original packaging (including packaging, any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc ...).     The deadline will be respected if the Consumer sends back or returns the Product / s subject to withdrawal before the expiration of 14 days.
    The Consumer can return the Product / s by going to the point of sale located in Varedo (MB), via Torino 8.
    The transport costs related to the return of the Product / s subject to withdrawal are borne by the Consumer and the Return is under the complete responsibility of the Consumer.
    If the Right of Withdrawal has been correctly exercised according to the provisions of Articles 52 e ss., The Chiocciola S.r.l. will return to the Consumer, within 30/45 days from the date of receipt of the products by the Customer, the full price paid by the Customer in case of return of the product complete with all its parts and functionality, excluding bank and shipping charges .

    Customer's obligations
    The Customer declares and guarantees the following:
    - to be a consumer according to the provisions of art. 3 of the Consumer Code;
    - to be of age;

    Right of withdrawal
